This March marks one year since the COVID-19 pandemic prompted lockdowns across the U.S., and our houses became a strange combination of work, school, and leisure. Throughout this time, we learned a few things, and these lessons included so much more than how to bake sourdough bread or what shows were streaming on Netflix.
We often take our health for granted until threatened; I guess it’s human nature.
