Porcelain Veneers Patient - Fairfax and Vienna, VA

AIDA: I have had a lot of things and I've been with Dr. Jelinek probably for over 15 years. And the biggest thing that I've had done is I've had my porcelain veneers. When I was 17 years old I was in a car accident, and I kept on getting caps, and getting bonding, and it kept on falling off, but then I was able to get the porcelain veneers. My brother's having a wedding, and I wanted to look great. And, wow, he did a fantastic job. It was an easy process, it didn't take that long, and I feel like they're my permanent teeth, I don't feel any difference. And I've been complimented a lot on my smile. Before I had veneers, I wasn't as confident with when I would speak and when I would talk to people, I would sometimes cover my mouth, and after my veneers I became more confident; it helped me with my job. It made me feel good that people were like impressed with my smile, and I'm like, “Dr. Jelinek”. And I have passed on patients to him. He's very caring to his patients, he listens to them, he has an incredible memory. His support staff is… they just respond very well with him, and with the patients. The environment is clean, it's just he talks to you and he shows you things, he explains things to you, and he takes time, and they always call you back to see how you're doing, they care; even after you leave the office, they still care, and that's important. And if there's a problem he will come on a Friday, an extra day that he's not working, and he will write, within minutes, he will respond to you because that happened to me one time and the response was wonderful.
