KELLEY: I've been coming to Dr. Jelinek's office for over 10 years. It's a wonderful professional environment, they take the time to get to know you, and know your family. We started coming here because we knew the hygienist, and we have stayed here because she's still here, but it's also a wonderful place. Dr. Jelinek's great, very attentive, very thorough in his screenings, as well as any treatment that we've needed. In addition to just the regular twice-a-year cleanings, I've had veneers put on that were put on prior but Dr. Jelinek has maintained those, he's also done some replacement, and he identified that I was having a bite problem so he was able to realign my bite. He did send me up for orthodontics, and he worked with that orthodontist to get things corrected, and then I've come back for him for ongoing bite evaluation with the night guard, and he's continued to maintain that for me. It is warm, when you walk in you don't feel like you're in a dentist's office, you feel like you're walking into a living room which takes all that anxiety of going to the dentist's office away. When you sit in the chairs, especially the hygienist's chair, you look out on big windows, and you feel actually like you're up in a tree house, ‘cause all you see are the big trees outside, and the sky above. So that takes a lot of that anxious, clinical, dental feeling right out. The tapestries on the walls, the soft furniture; it's just a really comfortable place to be. They're all very gentle, they're very conscientious of what they're doing, and they know, you know, when they're in your mouth that it's not always comfortable and they really do their best to make it as comfortable as possible. Dr. Jelinek has a great team that are able to anticipate his needs, and what he's going to need next, so it's a very smooth process no matter what treatment you're having done, from your regular screening to, you know, more complicated procedures. I would recommend Dr. Jelinek for a lot of reasons. I'm a nurse so I also look for people who are clinically competent, and Dr. Jelinek goes above and beyond just checking out the teeth, he's great at doing oral cancer screenings, and taking into account your whole medical history to decide his treatment plans for you. So he's very overall just very competent, but very conscientious of everything he does, he's very on time, he's very detail oriented, and wants to make sure he's giving you the best treatment possible.
